2022 Annual Meeting

PURMA held its 2022 Annual Meeting in Salem, MA, on September 22nd and 23rd. Annual meetings are an excellent opportunity for the membership to connect, receive updates on the organization’s objectives, and meet service providers of the organization. The theme of this year’s meeting was Human Resources, with various topics including post-pandemic recruitment, performance management and termination, and compensation programs. A 45-minute Q&A session was also held to allow PURMA members to ask questions to the panel of experts. Other day-long sessions surrounded PURMA and its captive programs, PUMIC and PEIC.
