2023 Annual Meeting

PURMA held its 2023 Annual Meeting in Newport, RI, on September 28th and 29th. Annual meetings are an excellent opportunity for the membership to connect, receive updates on the organization’s objectives, and meet service providers of the organization. The theme of this year’s meeting was Federal Funding with various topics including IRA incentives for clean energy projects, IIJA, and federal grant funding. An Insurance 101 educational session was also held to provide PURMA members with additional information surrounding the current buying market and frequently asked questions. In addition to educational sessions, the annual membership meetings for PURMA, PUMIC and PEIC and their respective Board Meetings also took place. This year’s gold sponsors included Starkweather & Shepley and AEGIS.
